We are growing and looking for a Call Center Associate to join our team!

Our Call Center Associates are the driving force of Sovereign Lending’s sales floor. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our consumers who are searching for the best product that fits their needs. 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle 100-150 calls with customers
  • Contact pre-qualified borrowers to facilitate a warm call transfer to a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator/Banker
  • Should be highly skilled in handling questions, objections, and willing to learn while exhibiting a positive attitude
  • Follow communication “scripts” to provide information about service and their benefits when handling different topics
  • Persuasively engage the customer in conversation to explain how our product(s) will add value to their lives and meet their needs
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
  • Ensure compliance with privacy laws and confidentiality policies throughout the process.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and professionalism to our clients.
  • Ability to influence others.
  • Other duties as assigned

A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Outbound call experience preferred 
  • Self-confidence/perseverance/strong work ethic: remain positive and maintain progress towards a goal in spite of obstacles and adversity.
  • Highly driven, self-motivated individual who can demonstrate persistence, overcomes obstacles and thrives in a sales environment
  • Outstanding ability to multi-task, able to speak with clients on the phone while documenting information in the CRM.
  • Technically savvy.
  • Self-starters, competitive, and have positive, contagious energy.

The hourly range below describes the minimum to the maximum hourly range for this position in the location listed. Sales positions may be eligible for sales incentives and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation should exceed the listed range depending on individual performance. 

Hourly Range: $15.50 - $20.00 with Targeted Compensation Range: $49,000+ OTE (Bonus)
